2026–27 Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) | Mandatory NC Continuing Education Encompass Real Estate School offers the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s four-hour 2026–27 Broker-in-Charge Update for Brokers-in-Charge and brokers with BIC-Eligible status. This year’s course covers appraisals, fake sellers, fair housing, frequently asked questions, law and rules updates, and licensing and education. BICUP also addresses BIC responsibilities. Complete your Update course early so you can put this year’s guidance to work throughout your practice. For live online classes: You need a reliable internet connection and a device with a working camera and audio. You must participate, provide your legal name and license number, present identification if requested, and remain visible on camera to meet attendance requirements. Attendance is monitored, and CE credit is awarded only when Commission requirements are met. Camera visibility is required under 21 NCAC 58H .0101(15). Register for your preferred class date today.
