School cancellations and rescheduling

If Encompass cancels a class, you may receive a full refund. If we reschedule and the new date does not work for you, you may receive a full refund.

Student withdrawals and nonattendance

If you withdraw before class or do not attend, there is no refund, but you may apply the payment to another class within 60 days. This transfer option does not apply to the violations below.

Camera requirements and conduct

By registering, you agree to follow the camera, attendance, participation, and conduct rules. If you fail to meet the on-camera requirements or are dismissed for conduct issues, there is no refund, free rescheduling, transfer credit, or CE credit.

Students must act professionally, complete required work, and avoid sleeping, disruptive behavior, and unrelated phone or internet use. Personal use of classroom devices may result in warning and then dismissal without refund or credit.
